That is where the manufacturing of the guidance and radar electronic components takes place. Also the car park is extremely easy to block up because the facility is very old and not thought out well. I used to work for Raytheon, but resigned in disgust over their products and the general corruption and corporate mentality enforced by the American "invasion" and control push in the late 90s.
