Thus the makers of Zyklon-B agent used in the gas chambers in the Second World War were successfully convicted in the Nuremberg trials, even though Zyklon B wasn’t designed to kill humans, because the company should have known what the gas was used for.
We demand that the UK Government to adopt the text for a treaty to BAN CLUSTER BOMBS which was drawn up in Dublin, May 2008.
The Oslo treaty – a legally binding international agreement to ban the use, transfer and stockpiling of cluster munitions will be signed on 3rd December, 2008. The UK Government must now back up it’s words by action and sign this document banning cluster bombs
